If you use PayPal to make payment on AliExpress, you will incur some charges.
The AliExpress PayPal fee is 0.8 USD when the order amount is less than USD 20 and 4% when the order amount is USD 20 and above.

You can also use AliExpress PayPal payment for orders up to a thousand dollars (USD 1,000). If your order exceeds USD 1,000 and you want to use PayPal to complete payment, kindly reach out to the seller or vendor – Please never make payment to the AliExpress vendor account directly. To verify if an AliExpress vendor accepts PayPal, try one of the following:

Step 2: SELECT AFFORDABLE PRODUCTS
After verifying that the AliExpress vendor accepts PayPal and you are shipping to a PayPal-supported country, select the product you want to buy, and click on the “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now” button to complete your purchase.
Step 3: SHIPPING ADDRESS
Under “shipping information”, select the shipping address you want the product delivered to. You only need this stage if you have multiple shipping addresses registered on AliExpress. If not, skip this stage.
Step 4: PAYMENT METHODS
If PayPal isn’t your default payment option on AliExpress, you need to change it under “Payment Methods” to PayPal.
Click on “Change” and select “PayPal” at the pop-up window.
Step 5: COMPLETE PAYMENT
Click on the “PayPal” button at the checkout page to complete your payment with PayPal.
A pop-up window will open, prompting you to login into PayPal to authorize your Payment.
Enter your PayPal login credentials, and follow the subsequent prompts to confirm that you want to make a payment from your PayPal account.
You will be redirected to the AliExpress order review page once your payment is successful.
ALIEXPRESS PAYPAL NOT AVAILABLE
If you want your order shipped to a country that doesn’t support PayPal on AliExpress, you can’t use it. However, there are other ways to pay on AliExpress.
If you can’t use PayPal on AliExpress, your only option for paying most sellers is to use a credit or debit card. All major credit card brands, like MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Maestro, and American Express, are accepted.
